The Fish House offers two private dining options: The Bait Shop and The Sushi Room. Each offers different seating arrangements and decor and are ideal spots to host your next private event. In both venues, we offer seated as well as cocktail receptions, serving from our la carte appetizer selections and lunch and dinner packages.

THE bait Shop
The Bait Shop is a private dining room located at the southern end of the Seville Harbour complex. Custom built exotic Lyptus wood wine racks line the wall and create an atmosphere of a private wine cellar.
Food and Beverage Minimums:
Monday – Saturday Daytime (11 AM – 3 PM): no minimum; tax (7.5%), gratuity $150 per server or 20% whichever is greater, and administration fee (5%) added to final bill
Monday – Saturday, evening 4 p.m. -close): $1,000 food and beverage minimum plus tax (7.5%), gratuity (20% or $200 per server, whichever is greater), and administration fee (5%)
Staffing Guidelines:
Are based on guest count: (1-20) one server, (21-30) two servers
Room Capacity:
20 guests for a seated event or up to 30 guests for a cocktail party
A fee of $300 will apply for cancellations within 1 week of the event date.
the sushi room
The Sushi Room, adjacent to the main Fish House dining room, can be booked for private events. The room features a 1,300 gallon tropical fish aquarium and views of Pensacola Bay.

Monday – Thursday Daytime (11 AM – 3 PM): $1,000 food and beverage minimum plus tax (7.5%), gratuity (20% or $150 per server, whichever is greater), and administration fee (5%) added to final bill
Staffing Guidelines:
Are based on guest count: (1-20) one server, (21-30) two servers, (31-45) three servers
Room Capacity:
30 guests for a seated event or up to 40 guests for a cocktail reception
A fee of $300 will apply for cancellations within 1 week of the event date.
the DECK
The Deck boasts an incredible waterfront entertainment space. It can accommodate up to 350 people and is the perfect location for a wedding, winging, or class reunion!
Rental Fees:
Monday – Saturday Daytime (11 AM – 3 PM): $750 food and beverage minimum plus tax (7.5%), gratuity (20% or $150 per server, whichever is greater), and administration fee (5%) added to final bill
Monday – Saturday Evening: $1,250 food and beverage minimum plus tax (7.5%), gratuity (20% or $200 per server, whichever is greater), administration fee (5%)
